Hi, I’m Cat—an Artist and Expressive Arts Facilitator based in Chattanooga, TN.
For more than 15 years, expressive arts have been a guiding force in my own healing, growth, and self-discovery. One of my greatest joys in life is teaching others how to use visual art, movement, and writing as supportive tools for emotional well-being and personal transformation.
In my work with thousands of individuals—including my time in a cancer center—I’ve witnessed again and again how creativity helps us release stress, access clarity, and express what words alone can’t hold. The arts move us beyond our thoughts and into deeper truth, insight, and healing.
