I’d love the chance to work with you. Helping others on their wellness journeys is hands down one of my favorite things to do. Using the arts as a tool we’ll work together to figure out what process will work best for you! Expressive arts can help you tap into your subconscious mind; bringing to light deep insights and an inner place of knowing.
I offer 1+1 expressive arts sessions that can help you with the following things:
Self-Discovery - Figure out your next steps
Stress Relief - Focus the mind and relax the body
Unblock Your Creativity - Get back in touch with your creative self
Heal & Transform - Discover what may be holding you back from moving forward in life
Empowerment - Make a shift in how you feel about something

In expressive arts we focus on the process of creating rather than putting emphasis on the final product. I meet you where you are and we decide together what sounds like a good process for you.
A typical session usually follows this format:
Check in + setting an intention
Guided meditation
Visual arts process
Movement and/or writing
Processing & Debriefing
Suggestions for follow up sessions and/or things you can do at home
Often times expressive arts sessions can be very therapeutic, as we have a way of expressing things through the arts that we may not be able to put into words.
While the services I offer are therapeutic in nature, they are not therapy & I am not a licensed therapist.
I am here to help you on your journey and hold space for you to have whatever experience you may need to have.
If you are seeing a therapist, expressive arts activities can be a wonderful addition to your treatment.
Most sessions are held virtually, but I do offer services in the Chattanooga area! Please let me know if you would be more comfortable working together in person and I will try to accommodate you.
Pricing
1+1 sessions are $115/session and last 60-90 minutes.
We will start with 1 session and go from there depending on what you are looking for.
While multiple sessions are not required, they can be helpful especially if you are looking for support through a transition.
