Hi, I’m Cat—an Arts in Health Specialist based in Chattanooga, TN.

For more than 15 years, expressive arts have been a guiding force in my own healing, growth, and self-discovery. One of my greatest joys in life is teaching others how to use visual art, movement, and writing as supportive tools for emotional well-being and personal transformation.

For nearly a decade I worked as an Artist-in-Residence at Moffitt Cancer Center, where I facilitated arts-in-health programming for patients, family members, caregivers and healthcare staff. Through that work I witnessed firsthand how creative expression can reduce stress, foster resilience and help people reconnect with themselves and one another.

Today I bring these same research-based creative practices into corporate, healthcare and community environments through workshops, team sessions and facilitated programs that support emotional wellbeing, stress relief and human connection.

Each session (60–90 minutes) blends visual art, movement, and reflective writing to support healing, stress relief, relaxation, or deeper self-discovery.
