Group Classes

I offer expressive arts group classes geared towards the following:

  • self-discovery, personal development

No previous art experience is required!

Group classes and/or workshops are a great way to meet new people, try something new and/or strengthen bonds between an existing group.

Classes can be quiet and meditative or fun and relaxing. The atmosphere is really up to you, as I tailor things to the experience you are looking to have.

Group classes are offered in person, virtually and/or at the venue of your choice (yoga studio, conference, someone’s home etc.)

Silk painting

This is the most popular class! Choose for each person to paint their own individual piece or create a larger group painting to hang up in your space.

Mandala making

This class is more of an introspective experience. Class includes history of mandalas, meditation, writing & mandala making. Each person will leave with their own personal mandala.

Vision boards

In this class you will create your own vision board for the future! Calling in whatever you would like to manifest into your life. Class includes meditation, collage work & writing.

Art journaling

In this class you will learn about using art as a way to journal. Rather than traditional journaling through writing, art journaling provides a deeper connection through imagery. Class includes meditation, collage work & writing.

Abstract watercolor painting

In this class you will learn about using painting as a meditative tool. Abstract watercolor painting is a great way to let go and relax, letting the colors guide you on your journey. Class includes a meditation, painting & writing.

Mindful drawing
