Self Care for the Soul

This 1.5 hour online class is designed to help you take a minute out of your busy day to indulge in a little self-care and introspection. Beginning with a short guided meditation, we’ll relax our mind & body and set an intention for our class. Then we’ll move into some art-making & writing. We will close by sharing our art and/or writing & anything that came up for us during the process. (Sharing is always optional).

Recurring every Monday night, this online class helps you pause, reset and get ready for the rest of the week.

*No previous art experience is necessary. The art-making & writing portions are purely process oriented, meaning that you create whatever you feel like creating. I will give you guidelines to help you get started, but this is really about using the arts as a tool for personal growth & self-discovery.

*If you are curious about this workshop but feeling nervous or anxious about the art-making part send me a message! That is a totally normal feeling to have when doing something that may be outside of your comfort zone. 💜

Cost/Investment: $12

*Art supplies are not provided. You will need to bring your own supplies, a journal & a pen. Recommended supplies include the following: watercolors, colored pencils, different types of paper, Micron pens, colored pens etc.
